They boast a workforce with a minimum of 5 years' experience, backed by industry certifications and rigorous training, ensuring organisations receive value-added engagement in their projects.
We were onboarded to build their Product, Marketing Website and Brand Identity.
Problem
Despite a growing global demand for technology services, the industry faces a critical challenge. Many staffing companies prioritise cost over quality, resulting in the recruitment of low-cost, mediocre talent. This approach not only compromises service quality but also leads to high churn rates, ultimately driving clients to seek alternative solutions like building in-house teams or establishing Global Capability Centres. This industry-wide practice hinders growth opportunities and undermines client trust.
